Our Kinder classes are aimed at 3-4 year olds; starting Gracie Jiu-Jitsu from a young age will help instill them with important core values such as discipline, respect and courtesy, as well as providing them with a fun yet educational environment.
Gracie United Jiu-Jitsu is widely considered the most effective form of self-defense in the world and has become hugely popular, especially with the explosion of UFC. The primary goal of Gracie United Jiu Jitsu is to control a resisting opponent in ways that force him into submission by grappling.
Much of the technique of Gracie United Jiu-Jitsu is centered around taking down an opponent on the ground and wrestling to control and render him harmless regardless of the attacker's size, making this an extremely effective method of self-defense for all ages and sizes.
Our Junior Jiu Jitsu program focuses on older kids in the 9-12 range, helping prepare them for adulthood with the confidence and real world self defense skills necessary to succeed.
Our Junior Kickboxing program is aimed at ages 9-12. It is the perfect way for kids to have fun whilst keeping fit and active.
